A man in Oklahoma shot an intruder while on the phone with a 911 operator waiting for the police to arrive. The entire confrontation was recorded on the 911 call:

Caller: “They’re beating on my front door right now.”
Dispatcher: “Okay, we’ve got them on the way”

As the caller waited for the police to arrive, the intruder managed to break into the home. Just moments later several gunshots were heard during the confrontation.
