Armed Indiana pastor nearly facilitates an armed robber's meeting with God

A pastor in Evansville, Indiana ruined a robbery in progress when he walked through the front door and pulled a gun on a thug that realized that the pastor’s real gun was much more lethal than his own weapon.

Pastor Sanders says the suspect, 25-year-old Jermaine Marshall, turned to him and threatened him with something that looked liked a weapon. That’s when Pastor Sanders pulled out his own firearm.

“I told him don’t move, put your face down on the ground and don’t even look at me right now. I just told him this is out of love,” Pastor Sanders told 14 News.

Pastor Sanders says he plans on visiting Marshall sometime soon.

Anyone who thinks that being a Christian requires you to be a pacifist who allows criminals free reign simply doesn’t understand the religion at all.
