Demolition Ranch is trying to convey the sound of a .50 BMG bullet ripping through the air nearby. While camera microphones aren’t quite sensitive enough to record the sound accurately, it does do a decent job of capturing the sound of the 750-grain bullets boiling through the air starting at about the 2:35 mark.

I think that’s about as close as I ever want to get to being downrange.
