Shortly before 1 AM on Easter Sunday, Lee Heng, who owns and operates a store in a Philadelphia neighborhood, was awakened by the sound of two men entering his home.

After struggling with one of the men, Mr. Heng ultimately shot and killed him. The other intruder fled but police are still seeking his identity.

Mr. Heng told police he had no choice but to shoot the intruder because he had to protect his two sleeping children.
