Firearm used at LAX reported as "assault rifle"

Authorities are now claiming that a TSA employee has died as a result of the shooting at Los Angeles International airport this morning. At least one other TSA employee was injured, as was the shooter before he was taken into custody after he was shot by Airport Police.

Authorities are reporting that the shooter used an “assault rifle.”

Expect to hear shrieks for more gun control.
