Some people don’t understand the testimony given by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson when he described the fight over control of his Sig P229 pistol with strong-arm robbery suspect Michael Brown. In that testimony, Wilson describes how he tried to fire inside the vehicle as he and Brown struggled over the .40 S&W semi-automatic, and it went “click” twice without firing, and finally fired the third time he pulled the trigger.

YouTuber TheYankeeMarshal gives a great explanation of why Officer Wilson’s gun worked exactly as designed, and would not fire while out of battery.
