A German man who got into a 90-second yelling match with an German-Iranian mass murderer* who lured teens to a McDonalds with promises of free food told a British news outlet that if he had a gun, he would have ended the spree killer’s rampage himself.

A man who confronted the Munich killer from the balcony of his flat has told Mail Online he would have shot the killer if he had a gun.

Thomas Salbey, who has become known as the ‘balcony man’ after his profanity-laced exchange with killer A– S___ went viral, said he wished he could have fired back at the killer.

‘All I had was a beer bottle to throw at him. If I had a gun I would have shot him I’d have shot him in the head,’ Mr Salbey told Mail Online.

German has some of the strictest gun laws in the world, and only 5.5 million legal, registered guns. That doesn’t mean Germans listen to their gun laws. Estimates are that there are up to 39.5 million illegal firearms┬áin Germany.

The murderer opened fire on a group of teens in a McDonald’s across the street from a Munich mall. He coaxed them into appearing there by offering free food to them from a German girl’s email account he hacked. Once he got there and saw the assembled crowd, he went the bathroom loaded his Glock 17, and came out firing.

Salbey would have had a good shot at the mass murderer on the open and exposed top deck of a parking garage who appears to be only 60-80 yards away.

CNN is reporting this morning that the killer had left behind a manifesto on his computer which suggests that he had been planning the attack for at least a year.
