A homeowner in Pennsylvania used a gun to defend himself, his home and his family early Sunday morning. Two men scaled a wall up to a second story window, where they entered the home.Inside the home, the men encountered an armed 63 year old man who opened fire on them. Both men escaped the apartment, but one was found dead on the roof. It is believed the man owns the jewelry store on the first floor of the building and this may be why the apartment was targeted. It does not appear the homeowner will face any charges.
