Virginia’s Mike Dickinson—whose campaign photo looks like it should have the tagline “It puts the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again“—is attempting to upset Eric Cantor in Virginia’s 7th congressional district.
Typically, politicians attempt to win an election by appealing to as many potential voters as possible. Dickinson is following a different path, seeing just how many of them he can tick off.

So he’s running in a conservative district in a southern state, and professes his hatred of the Bible, the NRA, the Tea Party, and Southerners.
I guess he wasn’t serious about wanting to win in the slightest.
