The Miltary Arms Channel is giving us a preview of the Galil ACE, a lightened and modernized version of the Galil which is based on the best design features of AKM (obvious to most) and the M1 Garand (not obvious to most).

The first version being imported is apparently going to be in 7.62×39 and use standard AK magazines, and it will come in both a carbine and a pistol version.
Do you think that this this something that will take off the way that IWI’s Tavor did, or is the conventional tactical carbine market already saturated with enough AR and AKM variants?
