Is Kel-Tec rolling out a Grendel bullpup in 2014?

Predator Intelligence has a photo of a print ad promoting a pair of new Kel-Tec bullpup rifles in .223 Remington. The company should be unveiling them at the 2014 SHOT Show, which means I should have my paws on both of these rifles soon if they have them on the firing line for Media Day.

While I find the rifles interesting in a general sense as it indicates that there seems to be an expanding market for bullpups, I am particularly drawn to the little yellow box that tantalizes us with the possibility of something as rare as unicorns: a 6.5 Grendel bullpup.

It could be vaporware and nothing more than a teaser to garner media attention, but if the either the RDB or M43 turns out to be reliable and 2 MOA accurate in 6.5 Grendel at a reasonable price, then you’re looking at a gun that will sell well to those of us interested in a compact military-style rifle that has much more practical range than the .223/5.56 NATO and the 7.62x39mm.

It’s purely personal opinion, but I’m more attracted to the retro look of the M43 than the RDB, at least in pictures.
