It looks like our friends over at Ballistic Radio have added another sponsor, according to an advanced copy of a press release that I may have had leaked in my direction.

SIG SAUER®, the leading manufacturer of law enforcement and military firearms and the recipient of numerous law enforcement and federal contract, is pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with Ballistic Radio, one of the premier information resources available to the legally armed citizen interested in civilian context self-defense.

“One of the things I’m most excited about, is how diverse the SIG SAUER brand is.” said John Johnston, the host and owner of Ballistic Radio. “They literally make a handgun for all budgets, applications, and shooters. Whether it’s the extremely modular striker fired P320 , up to one of the XFIVE models, or anything in between. To be able to partner with a company that is trying hard to use their resources to offer solutions for everyone is really an honor.”

The 4th season of Ballistic Radio will begin March 2016. The show features interviews with armed professionals, industry experts, and gunfight survivors discussing the information needed to avoid/win a violent encounter, as well as your rights and responsibilities as an armed citizen. Shows are broadcast live at 7:00 PM EST on iHeart Radio (55KRC), and are also available for download via iTunes, and the Ballistic Radio webpage.

Ballistic Radio is relevant to Bearing Arms readers because the show focuses heavily on intelligent defensive gun handling, practical firearms education, and myth-busting… the kind of information we like to push to help the firearms community at large become better and stronger every year.

It’s very encouraging that Sig-Sauer is among the companies coming on board to sponsor Ballistic Radio, and we’re hearing rumblings that more sponsorships are on the way.
