On today’s show, we get into the threats by five U.S. Senators, all Democrats, who are desperate to keep the U.S. Supreme Court from hearing a case challenging a New York City gun law. The New York City law itself isn’t important to the senators; instead, the goal is to keep SCOTUS from issuing a ruling that could bring down anti-gun laws across the nation.

We also discuss how a possible semi-auto ban in Canada could impact the gun debate here in the United States, as well as an armed citizen story involving a Lyft driver who had an unwelcome and violent passenger, a man with a lengthy criminal history who fired shots in a Chicago VA hospital, and a Maryland couple who recently came to the aid of an off-duty police officer.
