Gun Control Isn't The Answer To Reducing Urban Violence

On today’s Bearing Arms Cam & Co. Maj Toure, the founder of Black Guns Matter, joins me to talk about his testimony on Capitol Hill this week, what his group is doing to reduce violence in urban areas, and why gun control advocates are making things worse.

Plus, Cam speaks with Steffon Josey, who ran up against New Jersey’s crazy gun laws and was arrested for illegal gun possession, was ultimately pardon by then-Gov. Chris Christie, and who is now trying to get a job with the very department responsible for his arrest. I’ve got a lengthy post on Steffon coming up this weekend, but be sure to check out the entire interview today.

Finally, we close out today’s program with a look at why some Massachusetts criminals are back on the streets hours after an arrest, an armed citizen who stopped a would-be burglar at his Tennessee home, and not one, but two good deeds involving dogs in distress and Pinellas Park, Florida officers coming to their aid.
