Answering Your 2A Questions From Around The Country

As promised, on today’s Bearing Arms Cam & Co. it’s an all email edition of the program, with your questions and comments from around the country driving the conversation.

You’ll learn how to correctly pronounce Botetourt County in Virginia, as well as hear the concerns of one resident who’s hopeful but not optimistic that the Second Amendment Sanctuary movement can be a substantial shield against the impending infringements on the right to keep and bear arms in the state.

We also get into Massachusetts’ crazy gun laws, and what a good Supreme Court decision in NYSPRA v NYC might mean for the handful of states around the country that still allow for law enforcement to use their own discretion to determine who has good cause and is able to legally keep a firearm, much less bear one.

Illinois’ FOID card, the New York SAFE Act, and what to do when your state legislator is so dominated by gun control supporters that you have no realistic chance of turning the tide anytime soon are also part of the conversation, and I appreciate hearing from so many gun owners from different parts of the country.

The plan is to do this every Friday for the next few weeks and see how it goes. I’d love to turn it into a weekly feature, but we may scale it back to every two or three weeks going forward. Regardless, thanks for participating, and if you’ve got a question or comment for next Fridays’ show, you can always let me know at [email protected].

Thanks as always for watching, listening, subscribing, and sharing the show, and get ready for a great conversation with California Rifle & Pistol Association president and Second Amendment attorney Chuck Michel about the potential cases the Supreme Court could take up if they dismiss the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. New York City case heard this week.
