Salem Media Group, Inc. together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertisers and licensees (collectively “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect certain information, including cookies stored on your browsers, advertising identifiers on your mobile devices, and/or the IP address of your devices when you visit Townhall Media sites or use our apps. We and our advertising partners use that information to tailor ads to you on your desktop and mobile devices. This data sharing may be considered a “Sale” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Opt Out

If you wish to opt out of sharing your information for tailored ads in desktop and mobile browsers, please visit DAA Consumer Choice Tool or NAI Consumer Opt Out. Follow the instructions to remove tailored advertising data associated with your browser. You must repeat the process for each of your devices and browsers.

To opt out from our mobile apps, please use your device’s “Limit Ad Tracking” or similar settings or download and use the AppChoices app.

Opting out does not mean that you will stop seeing all ads. Townhall Media may still use data to deliver contextual advertising, do cross-device tracking to serve you first-party ads directly, or for non-interest based advertising purposes, such as attribution and analytics. Opt-outs may be stored via cookies. If you clear cookies or if your browser blocks cookies, your opt-out cookie may no longer be available and your opt-out choices cannot be honored.

To opt out of tailored e-mail and web experiences, please contact us at [email protected]. Include your full name, e-mail address registered with a Townhall Media site and your address in California. We will delete all personally identifiable data related to your browser and email address within 30 days.
