Here's What Happened When McDonald's Told This Customer He Couldn't Get His Ice Cream

Another McDonald’s. Another triggered customer.

According to police, 19-year-old Jerry Alexander Henry entered the drive-thru at a Florida McDonald’s in the hopes of getting some ice cream. When the drive-thru worker informed him he couldn’t get his frozen treat since the ice cream machine was broken, he did not handle it well.

Henry argued with the worker before his friend reportedly told him to get the “stick” from the trunk of the car. He retrieved a gun and sat back down in the front seat with the weapon placed between his legs.

The sight of the gun sent the McDonald’s employee fleeing to the restroom to call 911. It also caused the customer behind Henry to hastily reverse out of the drive-thru.

A security camera recorded the entire incident.

When police arrived, they discovered the “stick” was an AR-15-style airsoft gun that just looked like a real rifle.

Regardless, Henry is still facing a single count of improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon or firearm.

Sadly, this isn’t the first time a customer has whipped out a weapon after getting angry with a McDonald’s employee. At least this time it was just an airsoft gun. Henry deserves whatever punishment is coming his way.
