Armed 12-Year-Old in Harlem Busted After Attempted McNugget Heist

When an East Harlem, NY girl refused to share her Chicken McNuggets with a classmate, the boy pulled a gun and demanded she turn them over.

Well that escalated quickly…

The 13-year-old was first approached inside a McDonald’s on E. 103rd St. and Third Ave., where a 12-year-old schoolmate asked for one of her chicken nuggets, according to cops.

When the girl said no Tuesday, the angry boy tracked her to the 103rd St. subway station on Lexington Ave. — where 20 minutes later, he pulled what appeared to be a gun and pointed it at her head, police said.

The brave young girl actually smacked the gun away from her head in the would-be McNugget heist that took place inside a Manhattan subway station.

The girl reported the incident to school officials the next day and police confirmed her 12-year-old gun-wielding classmate has been arrested and charged as a juvenile. His case has been referred to Family Court.

Glad to see New York’s commitment to gun control and restrictions on the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens is a screaming success in The Empire State.
