ATW: New details in deadly shooting of father, son in NW Harris County

The KHOU news reports:

HOUSTON – A man accused of killing in a father and a son was a no-show in probable cause court Tuesday after being brought back to Houston overnight.

Danny Lee Neelys, 39, was apprehended in Mexico Monday, but complained of a flu like illness and was being treated.

However, a court officer still read probable cause against him, and he was charged with capital murder.

Family members of double murder victims Keidric Jelks and Keidric Jelks, Jr. told KHOU 11 News that Neelys has been a violent menace to their family for years.
