ATW: Moms Demand Action 'Prepared to Fight' Texas Open Carry Legislation

Breitbart News previously reported that on November 5–the day after the midterm elections–Texas Governor-elect Greg Abbott (R) gave a press conference in which he made it clear he will sign a bill to legalize the open carry of handguns as soon as the legislature passes it.

Within days, Texas state Representative James White (R-Dist. 19) answered the call and put forward HB 164–a bill which would give everyone with a concealed carry permit the option to carry their handguns openly if they so choose. This is how the open carry law in Missouri works.
