Sen. Randal H. “Rand” Paul (R.-Ky.) was a guest on the Nov. 13 edition of HBO’s “Real Time” hosted by Bill Maher. The Kentucky senator went toe-to-toe with the left-wing comic.

When asked about Iraq, Paul explained how he sees the Islamic State as a serious threat to our interests, which is why he filed a motion for Congress to make a formal declaration of war.
