Virginia State Sen. Louise Lucas took to MSNBC on Wednesday morning to blast state lawmakers for their supposed inaction on gun control, while neglecting to mention the fact that she and her fellow Democrats had complete control of state government from 2020 until earlier this year and approved a half-dozen gun control measures (none of which prevented this shooting) while failing to address the crisis in the state's crumbling mental health system.
