The debate on immigration has reached a level of insanity I never thought the topic could create. In particular, it seems that the pro-immigration crowd seems to take issue with illegal immigrants not being treated as well as they’d like to see them treated, and they’re willing to kill people to make their point.

There have been attacks. The most famous is the attack on an ICE facility in Tacoma, Washington.

Now, we have some lunatic tossing a Molotov cocktail into a Florida citizenship office.

A woman tossed a lit Molotov cocktail into the lobby of a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services office in Oakland Park, Florida. No one was reported injured, according to a report of the incident sent to Trump administration officials and viewed by The Associated Press.

The woman walked into the office Friday afternoon and hurled a bottle filled with gasoline and a lit fuse. The fuse disconnected from the bottle and did not ignite, according to the report. Law enforcement officials believe the woman intended to cause harm but the incident wasn’t related to other ones where Homeland Security agencies were targeted.

Ken Cuccinelli, acting director of Citizenship and Immigration Services, which handles legal immigration, said in a tweet that the incident was “another example of the use of violence in place of debate by those who oppose the proper application of our immigration laws.”

Security officers handcuffed the woman who threw the device and she was taken into custody by Federal Protective Service officers who arrested her. Court documents said the incident was also captured on surveillance video.

The woman, Cellicia Hunt, was charged with maliciously attempting to damage or destroy a government building by fire, according to court records. The 35-year-old is expected to appear in federal court in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Tuesday.

Luckily, no one was hurt.

However, Cuccinelli was right. This is yet another example of the extreme violence that illegal immigration supporters are willing to resort to. Hunt was prepared to kill everyone in that office just to make her political point. That, ladies and gentlemen, is the very definition of terrorism.

What we don’t see, however, is a lot of discussion about this. There’s not much mention of Hunt or her actions.

Part of that, of course, is that she failed to accomplish much of anything except to get herself arrested.

Thus far, those who have launched attacks against the Citizenship and Immigration Services have been remarkably ineffective in their attempts at violence. This is a good thing.

Don’t expect that to continue. Just as mass shooters are learning from those who came before, so too are these people. They’ll learn and it’s only a matter of time before they kill someone. I wonder how they’ll be celebrated by people like Antifa when they manage that. After all, Antifa celebrated the Tacoma attacker and he failed miserably.

Just be advised, these people have no problem killing those who disagree with them, so be ready for anything from this crowd.
