A Second Amendment Silver Lining in Civics Survey?

This year's Constitution Day Civics Survey from the Annenberg School of Public Policy reveals a high level of civic illiteracy on the part of many Americans, but there's at least one bright spot when it comes to our understanding of the right to keep and bear arms.
