CO Town Looks To Defy SCOTUS With New Gun Regs

Not only are many of the gun control measures under consideration in Broomfield, Colorado clearly unconstitutional, they're also utterly ineffective. Still, that isn't stopping city council members in the Denver suburb from advancing a number of local restrictions in defiance of the Supreme Court's ruling in NYSPRA v. Bruen.
