As more violent crimes go uncharged, criminals are getting away with murder

Homicide clearance rates are at an all time low across the country, but instead of working to ensure there are consequences for violent crime blue-state and big city Democrats are pushing ineffective and unconstitutional gun control measures that make it harder for peaceable citizens to protect themselves from the violent criminals who are literally getting away with murder.
