Gun Owners of California's Sam Paredes says long before Kamala Harris went to D.C. as California's junior senator, her positions as Attorney General and San Francisco D.A. gave her a platform for her anti-gun activism; including supporting Washington, D.C.'s ban on handguns, which Harris claimed didn't violate the Second Amendment.
