Mass Confusion Ahead of New Gun Law

With Massachusetts' new gun law set to take effect just days from now, confusion abounds over the new training requirements for would-be gun owners, and firearms instructor Charlie Cook says the state has provided no guidance whatsoever to trainers like himself.
