PA Clerk Draws Real Gun on Robber With BB Gun

A Pennsylvania convenience store owner was confronted by a would-be robber who was armed with a BB gun in the middle of the afternoon earlier this week. 42-year-old James Hayes tried to pull one over on the store owner, but was shocked when the owner pulled out a gun of his own – a REAL one. They got into a small fight, where the store owner eventually pushed Hayes to the ground and pistol whipped him. The store owner physically kicked Hayes out of the stores, and he was later caught when he ran into a woman’s apartment. Unfortunately, because no one was hurt and no shots were fired, this story may never be included in gun defense studies or statistics. To read more about this study, please click here.
