Parker Tyson, 27, was armed with a handgun when he broke into an Oklahoma home on Thursday. There were two people- a man and woman- in the home at the time and multiple shots were fired at Tyson, who had a lengthy criminal history including a second-degree manslaughter charge. He was pronounced dead a few hours later.

The shooter, whose identity has not been disclosed because an investigation is ongoing, claims self-defense.
