Two armed men forced there way into a Fayetteville, NC home early Friday morning. The suspects met resistance from the homeowner and a firefight ensued. When all guns were emptied the two invaders fled the household and were found a few blocks away from the incident. The criminals were later pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.

The homeowner suffered gunshot wounds as well but is expected to make a healthy recovery. Police are continuing to investigate the situation but will not be charging the homeowner.
