TheYankeeMarshal wasn’t impressed at all with the Canick TP9SA, stating that a single action pistol with a decocker might be a fine range toy, but that it was a disastrous choice for self-defense. Once it is decocked, then it is essentially unloaded… you have to rack the slide again to get it to fire.

Yeah… I could see how that might be a problem in a self-defense gun.
