Senior Citizen Pulls A 'Gran Torino' On Two Hapless Home Invaders

If gun control cultists had their way, a 73-year-old Las Vegas man would likely be dead after armed robbers force their way into his home and fired a shot at him.

Unfortunately for the gun control lobby and the criminals, however, the unflappable senior ignored the shot fired by the teen-aged home invaders and pulled a Walt Kowalski:

Officers were called to a home invasion in the 1700 block of Breezewood Drive, near Vegas and North Torrey Pines drives, at 11:12 a.m., Metro Sgt. Steve Candelas said.

Two teenage boys entered a house that was open. They encountered a 73-year-old man who was inside the house with his cat and dog. One of the burglars fired one shot, missing the man, Candelas said.

The man went to get his gun and when the teens realized it, they ran from the home, firing rounds in the air, Candelas said. They fled in a silver or gray sedan.

Don’t mess with old guys. They don’t scare easy, and they’re a lot tougher than they look.

You don't mess with old men. They don't have the time to mess around.
