Small town Bearing Arms reader gets up close and personal with a home invasion story

Bearing Arms reader Fred S. from Watson, Louisiana reports:

My next door neighbor’s house was just invaded by a man in a ski mask. When the robber and homeowner saw each other, the robber ran for it. Many neighbor ran for his .45 and got one shot off which hit his own truck. Robber got away and police showed up 30 min later. Protect yourself people, the police can’t be everywhere.

I doubt that the man in the ski mask will be back anytime soon.

It’s a shame about the truck.
