We’ve heard some really good things about the Sig Sauer MPX… and some bad things as well. That’s to be expected to some degree in any roll-out of a new firearms design, and most veteran gun owners expect “birthing pains” in a new gun.

What isn’t acceptable is bad customer service if a new design doesn’t perform as expected, or meet basic expectations in terms of quality.
Doesn’t it appear that Sig Sauer missed some chances to provide better customer service here?
