Body Camera, Helicopter Video Of Man Being Shot After Pulling Fake Gun

Alberto Hernandez, 59, was armed with a replica of a semi-automatic handgun when he pointed the weapon at SDPD police officers at an apartment complex in San Ysidro on Sept. 28, 2015.
