We also speak with Dr. Dennis Petrocelli, a forensic psychiatrist with decades of experience, about the push for “red flag” laws and why he doesn’t think they’re the right solution to address individuals who pose a threat to themselves or others.

Speaking of mental health, we also have the story of a Seattle man with a lengthy history of arrests and dismissed charges due to “incompetence” who’s now behind bars after threatening a stranger with a knife, and a Virginia couple who defended themselves against an unwelcome intruder over the weekend.
