Talk about cherry picking Constitutional rights to support…

Anti-Second Amendment President Barack Obama, who has used his executive pen to infringe on the constitutional right to keep and bear arms, is applauding one man for exercising his constitutional right to free speech.

Who could it be, Colion Noir, perhaps!?

Nope – Colin Kaepernick.

The 28-year-old started the controversy that continues to swirl around him when he chose not to stand during the national anthem at Lambeau Field before the San Francisco 49ers played the Green Bay Packers in an exhibition game.

“There are a lot of ways you can do it,” Obama said of the 49er’s actions, or lack thereof. “As a general matter, when it comes to the flag and the national anthem and the meaning that that holds for our men and women in uniform and those who fought for us — that is a tough thing for them to get past to then hear what his deeper concerns are.”

Presidential candidate Donald Trump criticized his actions, saying: “I think it’s a terrible thing, and you know, maybe he should find a country that works better for him. Let him try. It won’t happen.”

But leave it to mom to jack up a kid who needs it. Kaepernick’s biological mother, Heidi Russo, took to Twitter to respond to his actions:

Which, of course, drove the what-about-a-woman’s-right-to-choose liberals to attack the fact Russo chose to give birth to Kaepernick and give him the shot at a better life by putting him up for adoption after his biological father abandoned her during the pregnancy.

“Yes, I’ll continue to sit,” the San Francisco 49ers backup QB promised last Sunday. “I’m going to continue to stand with the people that are being oppressed. To me this is something that has to change. When there’s significant change and I feel like that flag represents what it’s supposed to represent, this country is representing people the way that it’s supposed to, I’ll stand.”

A message from a non-oppressed black man to Colin Kaepernick… Colonel Allen B. West sounds off.

A week after staying seated during The Star-Spangled Banner, Kaepernick knelt during the anthem before Thursday’s game against .

According to the Conservative Daily Post:

In July 2016, Kaepernick converted to Islam during the offseason AND he is engaged to Nessa Diab, a Black Lives Matter activist who promotes what she calls “authentic Islam.” The Kaepernick’s will also have a traditional Muslim wedding. It will be enlightening to see what Ms. Diab does when Colin starts to treat her as a third class citizen because Islam encourages and demands men treat their women that way.

“I have great respect for the men and women that have fought for this country,” Mr. Kaepernick insisted. “I have family, I have friends that have gone and fought for this country. And they fight for freedom, they fight for the people, they fight for liberty and justice, for everyone. That’s not happening. People are dying in vain because this country isn’t holding their end of the bargain up, as far as giving freedom and justice, liberty to everybody.”

Meanwhile, as Kaepernick refuses to stand…
