On the Frontline: Obama's Shameful Treatment Of Israel

On December 23, the eve of Hanukkah and two days before Christmas, the United Nations Security Council voted to condemn Israel and declare Jewish settlements to be illegal. Usually, the U.S. would veto such a measure, as they’ve done for decades.

But this time, the Obama administration abstained—rebuffing our only Democratic ally in the Middle East.

That decision has emboldened Israel’s adversaries—and America’s. Hazeem Kassem, spokesman for the Hamas terror organization, said, “We emphasize the need to turn such a resolution into action, not only to halt settlements, but to eradicate Israel’s occupation in all its forms.”

In other words, eradicate Israel altogether.

The U.N. resolution also encourages those who want to punish the Jewish state. Lt. Col Oliver North and the Frontlines team found evidence of that on a recent trip to Israel. They also reported on an American leader who is willing to stand up and do what’s right for our ally Israel and for America.
