Culpeper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins is pleased that Gov. Ralph Northam's gun, magazine, and suppressor ban has been passed by for the session after a state Senate committee sent the bill off to be studied. The sheriff says, however, that there are many other bad bills still alive in the legislature, and gun owners must remain engaged.
