Democrat Mark Herring, who's up for re-election in the commonwealth of Virginia this November, isn't shying away from promoting his extreme anti-gun views even as early voting begins. The AG is hoping to expand the state's "red flag" gun seizure law, and has also signed on to a Supreme Court brief arguing that the Second Amendment doesn't protect the right of the average citizen to bear arms in public spaces.
