We've Got an Update in the Daniel Penny Case

A New York City judge has denied a motion to dismiss the case against 24-year-old U.S. Marine Veteran Daniel Penny who has pleaded not guilty to second degree manslaughter against Jordan Neely. Penny had put Neely, a homeless man, into a chokehold last May after he began scaring other passengers on the subway with his behavior.
