Many of you seemed blown out of your socks by the two slickly-produced, well-reasoned videos we’ve linked to from Josie the Outlaw previously. This video on the concept of jury nullification is equally as important, especially as state governments begin to try to enforce blatantly unconstitutional gun laws (Hello there, NY SAFE Act!).  While I strongly disagree with Josie’s opinion on voting, she is very correct in noting that if a single juror refuses to convict someone of an unconstitutional law, then the best that a prosecutor can hope for is a hung jury.

Like all of Josie’s videos to date, this one is worth watching all the way through.
