Open Carry, Campus Carry Signed Into Law In Texas

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has fulfilled campaign promises today to sign open carry and campus carry bills into law. Appropriately enough, Abbott will sign both pieces of legislation at a shooting range, Red’s Indoor Range in Pflugerville, TX.

Both bills were passed in the final week of the legislative session after intense negotiations that required last-minute concessions.
