GA2A Hosts 30 Guns in 30 Days Raffle

As a resident of the great state of Georgia, I'm happy to have seen my gun rights restored significantly from where they were when I first started understanding the Second Amendment. 

While the Peach State was seemingly always somewhat pro-gun, there were a lot of stupid restrictions on the books. Back then, I was active with Georgia Carry and worked to overturn many of those laws.

Now, Georgia Carry has changed into GA2A, which makes sense considering the strides made and what all is left moving forward. Yet that costs money, and like any non-profit, they have to raise money.

And boy, did they find a good way to do just that.

So just what guns?

Well, take a look:

There's a lot to like on that list, let me tell ya.

Yes, $100 per ticket isn't particularly cheap, but if you get a gun out of it, it's a steal since none of the firearms on that list retail for anything close to that cheap.

If you're interested, jump on this because, as noted above, there are only 1,000 tickets available.

However, I also think it's important to remember your statewide gun rights organizations. We tend to talk a lot here about the national groups like GOA, SAF, NSSF, and the NRA, but those organizations have 50 states and the federal government to deal with. They can't be as focused on what's going on in your neighborhood for understandable reasons.

And statewide organizations in other states defend your rights as well.

In short, we all need to have one another's backs when it comes to matters like this. Real work and real accomplishments matter, and they all defend the Second Amendment for all of us.

If you have the means, consider buying a ticket for this raffle. It's literally a win-win because even if you don't get a gun, you get a strong defense of the Second Amendment.

If not, look to your statewide group and consider donating what you can.
