Antifa Member's Advice to Those Opposed to ICE Will Get People Killed

For better or worse, not everyone who owns a gun is thrilled with ICE rounding up illegal immigrants. Many may believe what they're seeing in the media, much of which later turns out to be inaccurate at best, but others just wouldn't care.

And that's fine. People have a right to feel however they want to feel, even if I disagree with it.

However, there are also people out there who think that they can stir the pot. For example, let's take self-proclaimed Antifa member Kyle here. He has thoughts on what people should do if ICE comes knocking at their door.

Now, there are some misunderstandings about Minnesota state law. They do have Castle Doctrine, though I wouldn't trust that to protect you in Minneapolis.

Still, the law is on the books. 

However, there's something about Castle Doctrine that Kyle here isn't telling anyone. I don't know if he knows it or not, but I doubt he'd have said it even if he did. That thing is that Castle Doctrine doesn't actually apply when law enforcement comes a-calling.

While it's understandable that some innocent people will respond to a no-knock raid with lethal force in Castle Doctrine states, such as how Breonna Taylor's boyfriend understandably reacted, the reality is that Castle Doctrine doesn't somehow give you immunity when ICE bangs on your door. If you didn't know they were police, or you can convince the DA or a jury that you didn't, you might be in the clear.

But Kyle isn't telling people to shoot at people who bust into your home and don't identify themselves as law enforcement. He's telling people to shoot ICE agents.

What Kyle is trying to do here isn't to fend off ICE from taking poor, innocent immigrants. He's trying to get people killed.

Even if that isn't his intention, that's the likely result of opening up on federal law enforcement officers. You might hit one or two, but the rest will light you up. You will get shot. You will get shot so many times that you'll be able to use your genitals as a pencil. The agents might feel bad about shooting you so much later on, but right then and there, all they'll feel is recoil.

And I think it is Kyle's intention to make that happen. He figures that every person shot by ICE will be one more his buddies can use to demonize the agency. They'll use it to justify even more acts of aggression, which will get more people injured or killed, and the cycle will continue indefinitely until something breaks.

Which is what Antifa wants. It's why Kyle wants.

What you will want won't matter because you'll be dead and Kyle won't care in the least, at least not beyond his ability to capitalize on that death.

Word of advice here. Don't take legal advice from someone with Antifa's three arrows tattooed on his chest and gibberish tattooed on his face, but absolutely no law degree.

His advice is a good way to commit suicide by cop and that's about it.
