Matthew Hoy is the author of "Fact-Checking Frauds: How Fact-Checkers Distract, Deceive, and Distort Our Politics," available on Amazon. In the late 20-teens, Matthew created the site Restricted Arms, designed to help first-time gun buyers in deep blue states navigate the often-convoluted process of legally purchasing a gun.
