DOJ Again Calls $200 Tax and Registration on Suppressors 'Modest Burden' on 2A Rights
The Department of Justice has once again told a federal court that, even though it believes suppressors are protected by the Second Amendment, the $200 tax and registration requirements imposed by the National Firearms Act are just a "modest burden" that doesn't infringe on our right to keep and bear arms.
