David Lombardo, an Army Vietnam vet with 19 years as a part time county deputy, is president of SAFER USA, a shooting school founded in 2006 that has taught over 7,000 students in basic, advanced, instructor and lethal force classes. He is an NRA Training Counselor, Chief Range Safety Officer, Law Enforcement Pistol Instructor, State of Illinois Firearms Instructor and both an Illinois and Utah Concealed Carry Instructor. David is also a court certified expert witness for both civil and criminal actions, president of the 283 acre, 2500 member Aurora Sportsmen's Club in Waterman, IL. and on the Board of Directors of the Illinois State Rifle Association.
